Our commitment to you

1. All information is explained through our literature and by one of our Senior Consultants.

 

2. Our consultants only visit your home at your request. They are directly employed by Sixty Plus Finance and do not work on commission. During your consultation you might like to have a family member,

advisor or solicitor present with you.

 

3. Security of Tenure in Your Home is guaranteed ? you (and your spouse) have the right to live in your home for the rest of your life, or as long as you choose.

 

4. A qualified auctioneer or valuer of your choice, from a Sixty Plus Finance list, must complete an independent valuation of your property.

 

5. For both equity release options, you choose an independent solicitor to act on your behalf, who signs a Solicitor?s Confirmation confirming that you fully understand the plan and its implications.

 

6. We advise that you get independent financial advice before proceeding.

 

7. All information supplied to us is private and confidential and used solely for the purposes outlined in this brochure.
