A chartered clinical psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, with over 30 years  clinical experience gained in the US, Australia and UK.  Dr Nightingale has served as an NHS consultant psychologist for many years at Charing Cross Hospital, University of London Teaching Hospital. A trained Occupational Psychologist with a MSc from the University of London (Birbeck College), she has experience in organisation re-alignment, manpower planning and organisational change while employed by the NHS as a Change Consultant. Helen currently works with senior directors and clients on both personal and business issues. She provides personality, leadership and management style psychometrics for selection and as an aid to personal and career development. Helen has valuable experience in assisting organisations with work relationship matters including motivation and stress.

She has presented at international conferences on emotional intelligence, well being, stress, absenteeism and selection procedures.

Chairman, Non-Executive Director, Consultant and Business Advisor, in Manufacturing, Industrial Trading, Car Logistics, Property Management, Property Development and Financial Services.

Held posts in a variety of commercial and not for profit organisations.

Over thirty years banking and financial experience with Bank of Ireland Group, covering Business Development, New Product Development, Marketing, HR & Training, Communications, Executive Coaching and Mentoring.  Contributed through committee participation to a number of professional bodies including; Irish Business Employers  Confederation; Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Royal Dublin Society. Former member of the RDS Board of Management with 21 years voluntary RDS committee membership. Engaged in TV and Radio projects and broadcast freelance for 23 years with RTE Radio on career, business and employment matters.
