However, this does not affect your QFA status, as we process all applications through to contract, once we receive the introduction from you. All you have to do is the introduction - we handle all paperwork right through to contract. And at close of contract we pay you an introductory fee

With the Interest Only Mortgage ? We are happy to create an agency agreement with you, once you are regulated as a mortgage intermediary and your client has completed a Interest Only Mortgage or Reversion Plan

Commission

For the Reversion Product, Sixty Plus Finance pays a commission or introductory fee of 0.75% of the sum advanced to the homeowner at close of contract. This fee is paid to the broker after the contract is completed.

For the Interest Only Mortgage, Sixty Plus Finance pays an introductory fee of ?250. This fee is again paid out on completion.
